Client Objectives

Kirsty Morrison, Marketing Executive at Sea Life wanted to raise awareness of the aquarium the ‘Predators of the Reef’. As well as this the aim was to drive footfall throughout Summer.

The Campaign

Large format billboards were used in key locations across Glasgow reaching out to the target customers at a time of year when there was a high potential to increase footfall (Summer holidays). Using eye catching colours and big sharks mixed with concise, highly visible wording, the posters attracted a great deal of attention.

The Results

Visitors to the aquarium were surveyed to measure the effectiveness of the Outdoor campaign. 42% of visitors during June & July had seen the posters around Glasgow and 31% were aware of Predators of the Reef. Kirsty wishes Sea Life to continue using Clear Channel & Outdoor as a key part of the strategy going forwards!
