The Outdoor Media Awards represent the gold standard for Out of Home (OOH) advertising and entries are now open for 2018. Held in partnership with Clear Channel UK and Campaign magazine.
The Data Award
The data award celebrates outdoor campaigns which have effectively and innovatively used data as part of their execution.
The Multiple Format Award
The Multiple Format Award celebrates campaigns which have used at least two different Outdoor formats.
The Brand Fame Award
The Long-Term Brand Fame Award celebrates campaigns which have successfully built a brand long-term, creating brand fame.
The Innovation Award
The Innovation Award celebrates truly innovative use of Outdoor media.
The Creativity Award
The Creative Award celebrates true creativity in Outdoor media.
The SME Award
The SME Award celebrates Small and Medium-Sizes Enterprises who have used Outdoor media most effectively.
This award is open to any enterprise that meets the following criteria:
- It has a turnover of less than £25m
- It has fewer than 250 employees
The Rising Star Award
This award recognises those that have shown incredible enthusiasm and involvement in Out of Home advertising, whilst inspiring others around them to use Outdoor media to its full potential.
The Grand Prize
The best of the best, according to our Outdoor Media Award judges.
This award cannot be entered directly. All shortlisted entries will be considered, and a winning entry will be chosen by our judges.
The Peoples’ Favourite
This award is voted for by consumers. All nominated entries will be eligible to win The Peoples’ Favourite, and the campaign which receives the most votes, via an online voting page, will be crowned the winner.
A voter will also be chosen at random to win a prize. It’s win-win!
Deadline for entries is 11.59pm Friday March 30th 2018. Campaigns should have run in 2017; any business or organisation can enter. Please note you can also enter if you have placed Outdoor advertising with any Outdoor or Out of Home company.
Who can enter?
Any organisation, of any size (excluding the ‘SME Award’, which is only open to SMEs) and in any sector, which has taken part in an outdoor campaign that ran in the UK in 2016.
In all categories, work can be either traditional or digital Out of Home.
Entry into the Outdoor Media Awards is free of charge, and organisations can enter as many categories as they wish.

How to enter
Enter the 2018 Outdoor Media Awards
You’ll need to download and fill in the relevant entry form on the above website before uploading it as your entry. There are two forms, one for The Rising Star Award, and one for all other categories. An entry pack is available and will give you all the information you need on categories, award deadlines, and how to enter.
You may include graphs and supporting content in your entry, though please upload hi-res imagery and videos separately via the form below.
Entry is free and you can upload as many entries as you like, and may enter a campaign in to multiple categories.
The deadline for entries is 30th March 2018.
